Job Title: E-Commerce Key Accounts

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 plus bonus scheme

Hours: Full time office based 39 hours

Job Purpose: To manage the commercial relationship with existing large E-Commerce Customers. The E-Commerce Key Accounts team take on a range of customer-oriented tasks, including handling complaints about a product or service, making sales or providing consumers with information. Most importantly the E-Commerce Key Accounts team look after the customer.

Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities to support the department include:

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Manage high volumes of incoming orders, emails, calls and internet queries
  • Process all incoming orders maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to push through solutions in real time to ensure highest customer satisfaction and escalating to ECommerce Lead when required
  • Present sales information and provide feedback to the Ecommerce Sales lead on our customers, outlining monthly progression.
  • Supporting the Ecommerce Sales Lead to sustain and build on sales opportunity and deliver sales target for each customer.
  • Achieving monthly set KPIs

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven ECommerce Key Accounts experience would be desirable.
  • Strong communication skills through email and phone
  • Strong customer and ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

  • A good sense of humour, enthusiastic and team focused.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and listening skills.
  • Strong communication skills
