Job Title: E-Commerce Key Accounts
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 plus bonus scheme
Hours: Full time office based 39 hours
Job Purpose: To manage the commercial relationship with existing large E-Commerce Customers. The E-Commerce Key Accounts team take on a range of customer-oriented tasks, including handling complaints about a product or service, making sales or providing consumers with information. Most importantly the E-Commerce Key Accounts team look after the customer.

Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities to support the department include:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Manage high volumes of incoming orders, emails, calls and internet queries
- Process all incoming orders maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Working collaboratively with other departments to push through solutions in real time to ensure highest customer satisfaction and escalating to ECommerce Lead when required
- Present sales information and provide feedback to the Ecommerce Sales lead on our customers, outlining monthly progression.
- Supporting the Ecommerce Sales Lead to sustain and build on sales opportunity and deliver sales target for each customer.
- Achieving monthly set KPIs
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven ECommerce Key Accounts experience would be desirable.
- Strong communication skills through email and phone
- Strong customer and ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

- A good sense of humour, enthusiastic and team focused.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and listening skills.
