The role:

We're looking for someone with real “know-how” married with the ability to report & clearly demonstrate cause & effect. You will have buckets of get up & go, an entrepreneurial spirit and at least two years relevant experience in a similar digital role, managing a Shopify based web-store. You will also manage and implement the tactics for all paid for digital marketing activity. You are inherently commercially and capable of taking our business to the next level, as a part of a growing team.

This role will report directly to the UK Sales & Operations Director, who you will work with to deliver the day-to-day management, development & evolution of our UK Shopify store. This newly created role will be intrinsic to develop & drive the next phase of our dynamic D2C business.

Summary:

This role is defined to do deliver:

· Success in our “Golden Channel”: Manage & continually improve the communication, content and performance criteria for the Apramo Shopify Store. You will be working within a business where the product pipeline is fit to burst and the coming months & years will see market leading launches, planet friendly ideas and real depth & breath of range. You will be capable of maximising the performance of our Shopify platform in order to develop the Apramo promise & experience.

· Improved Margin, & Sales Revenue Growth: To maintain & develop our product positioning in line with strategic & commercial goals, maintain & improve margin and deliver against the sales revenue plan by successfully achieving pre-agreed gate stages & targets.

· Strategy & Tactics: To provide valid insights, solid reporting, keen analysis and be capable of making recommendations for change. You will be capable of ‘testing’ whilst maintaining solid commercial foundations. You will be responsible for creating and presenting weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly sales reports to the global management team.

This role will require someone capable of engaging with a small team based in London, building trust with a range of external specialists, whilst also presenting to an invested international team of stakeholders.

A passion, understanding and the ability to uphold our duty of care when it comes to juvenile safety products will be important, however a real capability in developing online sales, married with a passion, enthusiasm and the ability to articulate your ideas will be imperative.

Product categories will include Car Seated Safety, Strollers, Travel Equipment and Accessories defined by the needs of modern families on the move.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

· Develop Apramo’s D2C Shopify store and performance. This will also include expertise and experience of Meta Business Manager & Google Analytics would be a wider part of the role requirements.

· Responsible for UK Shopify Channel in regard to sales and marketing strategies, to drive sales growth in a profitable and sustainable manner.

· Develop the Shopify experience and UX and put the customer right at the centre of the journey, so that they gain the many benefits of “buying direct” and the service we provide throughout the purchase journey, and beyond.

· Amplify footfall, and develop the valued relationships we have with the parents who trust us with the safety & comfort of their little adventurers.

· Formulation and management of optimised digital marketing ads through Google, Meta & TikTok to drive brand and product awareness.

· Implementing conversion-rate-optimisation tactics and perform A/B testing.

· Analysing and optimising on-site performance, to identify areas of improvement and where incremental gains can be made.

· Align information, pricing and relationships between the digital channels in order to co-ordinate the channels content & offer.

· Manage daily activities including demand forecasting, new SKU set up, and other activities.

· Manage new launches well in advance and be ready to pre-oder in line with product stock holding.

· Manage customer support through these channels, and create, manage and action an appropriate process for customer liaison through these channels - working with the Sales & Operations Director & Head of Product Marketing.

· Monitor KPI’s and provide weekly / monthly / quarterly and year end reports to be shared with key internal stakeholders.

Competencies:

Analytical – Manage diverse information; with the ability to collect and research data and communicate that information in suitable ways; good with PowerPoint & Excel. A good grasp of data & numeric information and data.

Project Management – Organised and able to support project plans & coordinate projects from start to finish; communicate changes and progress, Highlight risk. Able to work with a broad range of stakeholders and collaborators.

Detail Orientated -Able to understand the importance, relevance and requirement of accurate and correct information. Able to proof read and take pride in the output that represents the business and able to make solid judgements regarding appropriateness and content.

Software Savvy - Happy to learn new apps and tools, dashboards and management tools in order to maintain, develop and enhance our digital continuity and relevance…
