Job description
We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and confident individual to join our E-Commerce Division as an E-Commerce Executive. At Five Tech Limited, we specialize in operating and managing e-commerce platforms within the Consumer Electronic division, with a particular focus on computing/smartphones. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Management and Brand Owner teams to coordinate and oversee all online-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities
- Execute activities driven by data analytics
- Identify strategic business partnerships
- Implement e-commerce activities
- Implement new business collaboration initiatives
- Maintain business partnerships
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain the smooth functionality of the website
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing, and social media programs, and activities over digital platforms
- Prepare insights report on data mining outcome
- Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights
