Ove the past five years Factra has become the premier e-liquid and vape supplier and now we are expanding and diversifying with the inclusion of CBD product lines and health supplements.
We operate a lean yet highly skilled team in our Manchester offices with a keen focus on the delivery of incredible products to our customers and exceptional service.
Over the next twelve months, we expect to double the size of our team and expand our reach with new products, new markets and new sales avenues. We’re looking for individuals that share our passion for high quality products and with a keen aptitude to help us drive this business to the next level!
About the Role
The Digital Marketing Executive is newly created in the fast-growing marketing department and will suit somebody who thrives on being busy. This role is for an individual that is comfortable carrying out a variety of tasks with exceptional interpersonal skills and time management and the duties will include:
- Lead innovative marketing campaigns across various brands including new product launches.
- Be actively involved in the development of new brands and product ranges.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of effective strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Continually monitor the website and update products as required undertaking other day-to-day administration as required.
- Undertake market research and competitor analysis regularly.
- Support planning and execution of the digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms and plan improvement activities as required.
- Use analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and access end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
- Head up email marketing and social media campaigns.
About the Candidate (You)
We are looking for a pro-active individual with a passion for business development. You will enjoy being part of a thriving and busy team and also confident in your abilities to lead and make decisions.
Your skills/experience:
- A good understanding of brand marketing (essential)
- Two years’ experience in a similar role (essential)
- An understanding of SEO best practice (essential)
- A good understanding of Wordpress (essential)
- A good understanding of Woocommerce (preferable)
- Email marketing or social media experience (preferable)
- Experience working within e-liquids, CBD or health and wellness products (preferable)
