As part of the e-commerce & customer service team, you will be expected to keep high standards of work and assist the team in operating efficiently and effectively within the business.

Customer Service

Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, your role will be to ensure you deliver an easy and efficient experience for all online and telephone customers. With a polite and positive attitude, ensure you react and resolve all customer feedback in a prompt, timely and professional manner.

· Replying to customer queries by email, phone, and messaging services

· Daily processing customer orders, credits and invoicing

· Liaising with warehouse team to ensure prompt dispatch of parcels

· Liaising with delivery partners to resolve any delivery issues

· Assist with the maintenance of the customer and loyalty databases

Ecommerce & Marketing

You will be responsible for ensuring the product data and website content is correct, up to date, and provides the customer with all the information they require to complete their purchase.

· Managing and maintaining product data and online listings

· Merchandising of website pages

· Writing and proof-reading blogs and other content

· Assist with management of social media pages

· Assist with creation of marketing emails

· Competitor & Keyword analysis

· Record and analyse product and sales data

· Day-to-day administrative tasks

Overall

You have a quick-thinking can-do attitude to adapt to a fast-paced roll, with the ability to act on changing tasks assigned. Accuracy and attention to detail under time-pressure is essential to this role. Strong communication skills are also essential, to be able to communicate with customers, your team, and other departments

You will also need to maintain a good awareness of the current marketplace; competitors, trends, and products. You will need to ensure you are organised, and adhere to all time critical tasks, taking accountability for your roll within the team and focus on delivering results working both as a team and individually.

Skills:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· A flair for writing engaging and informative content

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work

· Good working knowledge of Excel and Word

· Previous experience of Photoshop would be an advantage

· Experience of the Shopify platform would be an advantage
