Ecommerce Administrator

Newbie and Me Baby Store are looking for an Ecommerce Administrator to join, leading specialists within the field of providing a unique environment to explore a wide range of Strollers, Prams, Travel Systems, Car Seats, Nursery Furniture and Accessories.

Role overview;
As an Ecommerce Administrator you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms. Your role will involve overseeing various aspects of our ecommerce operations to ensure seamless customer experiences, strong sales performance, and efficient day-to-day operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's online presence and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with multiple e-commerce channels ensuring optimum sales are achieved with excellent quality control and customer satisfaction.
- As an Ecommerce Administrator you'd manage product listings, including adding new products and updating existing ones.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accurate product information and pricing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
- Analyse website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support through email, chat, and phone.
- Assisting with resolving complex issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and ecommerce best practices to propose and implement innovative strategies.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and general MS office applications
- Data manipulation/Transferring Data.
- Controlling operational processes.
- Digital marketing and SEO principles (Preferred but not required)
- Proficiency platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or similar (Preferred but not required).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Preferred but not required).

Salary: £19,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
