Main Offices: Nottingham and Cambridge, but you can work from anywhere!

The Role of D365 CE Functional Consultant
As a Functional Consultant you will play a key role in customer facing project teams leading your stream on projects and providing consultancy services. You will employ industry best practice business expertise to ensure successful, high-quality implementations that meet customer needs.
During the analysis phase you will know how to lead functional requirements gathering workshops with customers and how to document the functional requirements and identify any gaps, systems change requests, actions, etc.
At the design stage you will perform detailed functional analysis on defined gaps between our solutions and customer’s needs and then document the accepted customisations and integrations into a design document to meet Customer needs and desired levels of quality.

About You (The Essentials)
You will possess great interpersonal and consultancy skills and you will have the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with customers and fellow team members.
- A experience within Microsoft Dynamics CE
- A passion for business problem solving and consultancy excellence
- Experienced in versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM up to D365 CE
- Knowledge of ERP, eCommerce, other CE products, and Click Dimensions, Power BI, or Power Platforms
- Heavily involved in successful Dynamics CE/CRM implementation projects
Overnight stays may be required from time to time but a lot of work is now completed remotely.
