You will probably know us best as the friendly faces you see around your local neighbourhoods and high streets. We currently have over 4000 highly trained frontline colleagues and now due to continued growth we have opportunities available in our award-winning teams for an Admin Officer.
What does our Admin Officer Do?
The Cashier is a crucial part to our daily operations providing essential information to the public and work colleagues making sure we meet the clients and business needs. The successful candidate will be office-based working 34 to 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays and Bank Holidays where required.
The successful candidate will be liaising with members of the public and giving advice on payment methods and answering general enquiries. You will need strong admin skills along with first class customer service skills.
What do you need to be a DVLA Admin Officer?

Ability to communicate well at all levels with good written and spoken English
