We are currently looking for a Duty worker to join our substance misuse service in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Our substance misuse team provides holistic support for people who are experiencing problematic substance use.
Our Duty worker role will:
- Ensure that our service can offer a prompt and responsive front of house system.
- This will include seeing emergency clients who are most at risk, supporting keyworkers and integrated teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- You will need to deliver a comprehensive duty system, including, supporting reception and clinical staff with service delivery, and maintaining rapid access to prescribing function.
