Job description
We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all staff are working efficiently and effectively, and providing guidance and support to staff members. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for monitoring customer service levels, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage staff performance.
- Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Train and develop staff to meet company standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members.
