INNOFLATE - Family Entertainment Centre – Duty Manager
The Innoflate group is an established leisure business with 7 sites across the UK, the group is fast evolving and we are set to double in size over the next 12 months. We operate Inflatable parks, tenpin bowling centres and competitive socialising venues under 3 different brands.
Innoflate Newport is our newest addition to the estate with an inflatable park, 8x clip and climb wall system, cafe and we will be making the addition of a large amusement arcade and softplay as part of our second phase.

Our INNOFLATE Duty Managers are instrumental to not just the General Manager but also to the Team Members and Management. At INNOFLATE we support our Duty Managers to ensure we provide a profitable and sustainable business that creates a unique experience to our customers and guests. As Duty Manager you will provide a safe, clean, fun, friendly, and structured environment for all staff and customers.
The Duty Managers will take full ownership of the park they are stationed at, running all equipment and leading customers in safety the protocols. All Duty Managers will act out their role in professional manner and lead by example.
Social Media plays a huge part of our business and our duty managers are tasked with using their artistic license alongside our marketing team to push the brand out on Facebook, Tiktok and various other channels.
As Duty Manager you will be the main contact for employees and customers during your assigned shift. It is expected you will provide supervision to staff, ensures customer needs are met and exceeded, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Maintenance of the entertainment centre’s appearance and redemption to present the venue to INNOFLATE standards.
The Duty Manager will provide support to team members during peak periods or when conflict may arise, whilst providing support to their General Manager and Management Team.
The Duty Manager should be familiar with INNOFLATE standards concepts, attire, practices, protocols and procedures within their role.
The Duty Manager must provide experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Ability to lead and direct the business as and when required and be flexible schedule and ability to open and close the park based on the needs of the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in all INNOFLATE Family Entertainment Parks operations.
Provide excellent customer experience through strong customer service skills.
Cash handling - Minimise the opportunity for error and theft by consistently maintaining secure cash and other forms of payment control throughout the Park.
Maintain Park appearance and structure to INNOFLATE’s standards.
Assist with any coaching, training and development of all staff.
Purchasing and inventory control as required to do so.
Collaborate with Management and others (internally & externally) to generate ideas and improve processes.
Capable of supervising staff and workload, by planning, delegation and supporting INNOFLATES objectives.
Gain understanding and support compliance with all applicable laws, loss prevention policies, operating procedures and controls; conducts associate training as needed to reinforce proper controls.
Conduct pre-shift walk through of park - confirm arrival of scheduled team members, compliance with dress code, etc. and intervene accordingly.
Duty Managers attributes
Previous management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail sector is preferred
Previous leisure/event management experience is preferred
Attention to detail, strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong arithmetic skills and money handling experience
Possess excellent customer service, employee relations skills and ability to ‘up sell’
Solid and confident decision-making skills
Strong communications skills (verbally & written) at all levels of the business
Energetic team builder who can lead and support self and others
General knowledge of COSSH regulations and safety practices
Ability to manipulate equipment, tools and supplies to support the business.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
Some knowledge of parks equipment and aptitude for learning repair would be considered an asset

Salary: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
