This is an exciting opportunity to join the Dunkin' family, as we continue our ever-growing expansion throughout the UK.
We are looking for a Store Manager who can open and run our new store in York.
About the role
The Store Manager will be responsible for building and leading their team to deliver quality and service that keeps our customers coming back for more. You will be responsible for optimising the 4C’s within your store:
- Commercial control – our people consider sales & costs
- Customer journey – our people deliver operational excellence
- Compliance – our people are safe
- Culture – our people feel supported
What we’re looking for
Our Mr Happy donut represents what we are looking for – people who are FILLED with positivity and DECORATED with a smile!
We are looking for someone who can lead a team to deliver a high level of guest experience for our customers. You will be able to plan and organise effectively to drive sales, develop the store’s culture, and deliver your targets.
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate but someone who is passionate about our brand is a must and previous experience of leading a team is preferable.

What We Offer
