Your role

Are you a strong analytical and critical thinker? Do you enjoy financial modelling and trying to identify trends from data?

We are looking for someone like you to:

  • support the selection, analysis and structuring of new equity and debit investment opportunities
  • analyze data to assess current and long term market trends
  • conduct financial statement analyses and structure financial models to evaluate historical and forecasted performance
  • contribute to valuation analysis within an industry, sector and asset class
  • assist in the preparation of weekly demand assessment calls and investment committee papers

Your team

In this role you will support the senior team members to analyze and critically assess a wide range of equity as well as debt investment opportunities across various regions and sectors such as Technology, Consumer and Retail, Real Estate and Healthcare.

You will collaborate closely with the Structuring and Execution as well as the DIG Distribution team to structure and ultimately place an investment opportunity.
You will also develop relationships with teams of other divisions of the bank (Asset Management, Investment Bank) as well as with Financial Sponsors.

Your expertise

  • university degree preferably in Finance/Economics/Accounting
  • proven track record in due diligence or private equity/ corporate finance experience
  • strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • sound understanding of corporate finance fundamentals such as company valuation models, operating business models
  • driven, commercial and open-minded
  • strong networking and interpersonal skills
