If the answer to these questions is yes, then read on as we are currently recruiting Drivers Mates to join us working on our contract delivering products on behalf of our client IKEA from our base in Thurrock.

The role is full-time, and you will be working any 4 in 4 off shift patterns, on a 42-hour contract, overtime is available on top of this.
The salary for this role is £27,671.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Loading and unloading stock to the customer's room of choice- Delivering stock and accurately checking it off
- All 2-person deliveries carrying large flat-pack furniture
- Some of the items you deliver will require heavy lifting
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Excellent customer services skills- Ideally, prior experience in a driver’s mate role
- A good telephone manner as you will be calling customers while on route
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
