Hills Waste Solutions have an opportunity available for a Drivers Mate to join our team based in Lower Compton. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,198.04 per annum alongside a great range of benefits, including:

About the role:
As our Drivers Mate, you will be travelling across Wiltshire and surrounding areas, teamed with an LGV Driver, collecting trade waste and mixed recycling, liaising with customers and assisting with route planning.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a team player
- Good knowledge of map reading and route planning
- Happy to work outside and in all weather
- Waste industry knowledge desired but not essential
