Job description
We are seeking a Driver’s Mates to join our experienced distribution team on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for delivering goods to our customers in a safe and timely manner. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional level of service will ensure goods are kept in pristine condition every step of the way. The distribution function forms an integral part of St Austell Brewery, and scheduling is a priority. You’ll be working closely with other key stakeholders across the business within our Sales and Distribution teams.

About you:
- Previous experience working within a multi-drop environment.
- Local knowledge of the area would be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate the potential, desire, and ambition to develop and grow.
- Can demonstrate confidence working and building relationships at all levels across the business.
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
Additional info:
This role is based on working day shifts with 4 Saturday shifts spaced out through the year.
