An exciting opportunity is available for you to join our team at Dreams, as a Drivers Assistant and share our passion for creating a People First Culture.

Introduction to the Role:

• As a Drivers Assistant you will be working a 38.75 hour week (excluding breaks) on a rota'd basis, which is inclusive of working Saturdays.
• If you have an appetite for being out on the road, where no two days are the same, then you will be keen to join one of our customer focused 2-people Home Delivery Service teams as a Drivers Assistant.
• This is a physical role, that includes the heavy lifting of items such as mattresses, bedframes and sofa beds, where you will be working as part of a delivery team delivering to customers homes.
• If you prefer a 'hands on' approach, then the Drivers Assistant role is ideal for you, as you will be assembling a variety of bedroom furniture whilst building a strong rapport with our valued customers.
• Providing an exceptional service to our customers isn't only desirable here at Dreams, it is our passion. So, if you enjoy meeting new people and going the extra mile to help others, then you are the person we are looking for - Not to simply join our team, but to add to its value.

• Customer focused able to communicate confidently with customers via telephone regarding delivery timeslots.
• Capable of heavy lifting
• You will need to be flexible with your working hours, including working Saturdays
