We are recruiting a sociable and positive person with excellent communication skills to keep our busy rental business on the move.
Autograph maintains a small fleet of trucks and vans that make regular deliveries both to clients and between our multiple sites across London. As a key part of our logistics team, you will be one of the people our clients see most, and so a friendly and positive attitude is a must!
Applicants will need to have a full, clean UK driving licence. Work will mainly be based in London with occasional longer trips required.
The role will predominantly be Monday-Friday, 0900-1700 but will occasionally require an earlier start or later finish to meet our operational requirements. Occasional weekend work would will be compensated accordingly.
A Category C1 licence or the willingness to obtain one would be an advantage but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular van deliveries
- Loading and unloading of equipment
- Basic stock management
- Some general warehouse duties when required
- Providing our clients with friendly and helpful service
- Regular inspection and basic maintenance of vehicles
- Adherence to relevant working practices and health and safety polices
