Job description
· The ability to work as part of a team.
· A willingness to drive with a team to any address throughout Northern Ireland.
· To complete a daily dairy of Vehicle Appraisal Inspections. This will involve accurately inspecting Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles to a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and to British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association, (BVRLA), fair wear and tear policy.
· To provide accurate and detailed reports for use in an auction process and by our customers.
· Accurately complete Inspections in line with predefined processes, procedure and quality standards.
· To take high quality images of the vehicles, ensuring those images and inspection standards are in line with our current SOP.
· Good customer facing skills.
· Able to cope well under pressure and work effectively within a team.
· Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
· Basic mechanical & vehicle body knowledge is essential. Knowledge of vehicle derivatives.
· Computer literate. Competent knowledge of operating computers and Hand-Held Devices.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Ensuring that the onsite process for the responsibility of key return storage is followed to ensure that keys can be tracked and traced.
· All candidates must have a clean driving license.
