Driver Team Manager – North London

We are looking for an experienced and engaging driver manager to join our North London home delivery team. This role will be working between our distribution hubs based across the North London area with a requirement to frequently travel to our other sites as and when required. Your time and travel will be balanced within the management team to cover early morning meetings, catch ups and one to one reviews within the delivery teams

This is a permanent contract working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Start and finish times will vary based on the early mornings our delivery team start from.

Salary £32,116.84 per annum* plus, an electric company car *As of 1st of April 2023 the annual salary of this role is increasing to £ £33,616.84 per annum

What you’ll be doing…

As Driver Team Manager you will be responsible for a committed team of experienced multi-drop delivery drivers, making sure that we offer exceptional customer service standards and schedules are always met. You will be responsible for leading drivers across 1 or several hubs, offering support and technical expertise to ensure orders are delivered safely. Drivers are also the face of Riverford for many customers, and you should encourage your team to build relationships and offer great service on the doorstep.
