Job description
The shift pattern for this position is varied.
This is a full time permanent post of 37.5 hours.
This is a seven day service providing transport services to all divisional services.
The physical demands of the job can be quite demanding and staff will spend most of their time sitting driving, lifting and handling of goods/equipment will be required. The nature of the job requires staff to work to work schedules
The list of duties includes, but is not limited to:
- Laundry / Specimen / Clinical Waste/ Stores/mail/medical records collection and distribution
- Site security checks
- Escort duties
- Follow work schedules as instructed
- Report any faults to supervisor
- Use equipment only as instructed
- Work in a safe manner and give consideration to others around you
- Ensure all statutory and Divisional procedures are followed
It is essential that you have a C1 driving license.
