Job Description Summary
A position has arisen for an Associate Product Owner within the IAM (Identity & Access Management) Technologies team, part of the Chief Security Office. The team is responsible for the delivery of the technology and tools which support Identity and Access Management processes, such as Authentication / Authorisation and Identity Governance and Administration.This role will primarily focus on supporting the Senior Manager of the team in delivering the Access Management product roadmap, vision and KPIs within an Agile framework. We have recently embarked on a journey to transform our existing technology stack so this is an exciting time to get involved.

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site
About this opportunity
Do you want to play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the Access Management product roadmap, vision and KPIs? As an Associate Product Owner within IAM Technologies, you’ll play a key role in our continued transformation journey by:
- Driving the product development of IAM Technologies in line with our IAM technology strategy.
- Supporting the Senior Manager and Technical Lead in delivering a Product Roadmap, to develop products in line with customer requirements and in adherence to IAM policies and procedures.
- Acting as the product owner in agile ceremonies; including but not limited to, defining user stories, ensuring a well-managed and prioritised backlog, setting sprint goals.
- Working with product vendors to understand product capability, best practices, and solutions to tooling issues.
- Working collaboratively with others to achieve shared success through regular, reliable, and high-quality change delivery.
- Working closely with members of the feature team to continually improve and develop their knowledge and capabilities, creating and managing a fully cross-skilled team.

What you’ll need
- Proven background in Product Ownership within a technical/software development space.
- Clear understanding of product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
- Ability to build a product vision, define product features and continually iterate your product to achieve optimal customer outcomes.
- Knowledge and experience of Identity and Access Management principles and practices.
- Experience of a wide range of IAM related technologies such as Oracle Identity Manager, Sailpoint, Ping Identity’s Workforce 360 Product Suite, Databases, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, GCP and AWS.
- Experience of working in an Agile delivery environment.
