We are looking for a Driver Education Administrator to join us where you will be responsible for handling volunteer and employee enquiries and bookings as well as administration relating to driver education at St John Ambulance. This role will also support the running of regulated courses, scheduling exams and processing enquiries from external stakeholders and organisations. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of carrying out high level administration within a complex organisation as well as strong time management and customer service skills.

About You:
- Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent with a Grade C/4 in Maths & English
- Experience of providing administrative support within a customer focussed environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively and confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Good levels of IT literacy with intermediate level knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
About The Role:
- Carry out a range of administrative duties to support the Driver Education Team relating to scheduling and preparing training courses. This includes assisting with training schedules and resourcing for volunteer and employee courses
- Respond appropriately to a range of telephone and e-mail enquiries, escalating where necessary
- Pre-course and post-course administration activities, including preparation of and processing training materials relevant to driver education courses in line with training schedules.
- Support the team to ensure that all systems containing training information are kept up-to-date for both internal and externally regulated requirements.
- Ensure that supporting files/ systems/ documents in relation to SJA standards and externally regulated requirements are administered and reports are produced within set timeframes.
