A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Driver/Bike Detailer to join our teams at Triumph East London (Romford) and Triumph Central London (Vauxhall), splitting time between the two sites.
You will play an integral role within their busy departments where your primary focus will be van driving, providing collection and delivery of sales and service bikes, along with motorcycle detailing.
Ideally you will have previous experience within the motorcycle trade, but we are also willing to consider someone with a great attitude who is looking for that first break into the motorcycle industry. Full training will be provided.
In this customer facing role, you will genuinely want to take ownership of our customer’s needs, wants and desires and you will also want to get fully involved with dealership events and rides, both on and off site. We live and breathe motorcycles to us this is far more than just a place of work!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with the Sales Team and Technicians to ensure a smooth flow of work
- Meeting time driven targets
- Van driving
- Motorcycle deliveries & collections
- Carrying out basic service washes
- Carrying out detailed full valeting of new and used stock
- Managing own workload & efficiencies
- Ensuring we exceed our customer expectations
- Correcting minor paintwork issues
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate & Energetic
- Approachable, honest with strong time management skills
- Working knowledge of Motorcycles
- Outstanding attention to detail and the use of Microsoft Office
- A strong communicator
- Efficient time management
Essential:
- Full UK car and motorcycle licence
- First class positive, can-do attitude
- Fit and able to confidently move our motorcycles.
- Team player, always cheerful
- Wants to understand and support all other areas of the dealership
- For those who may lack in experience, a willingness to learn is essential
In return we are offering a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum.
