Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team that’s making a BIG difference in waste reduction and diversion. We’re looking for dedicated drivers with flexible schedules to help us collect, transport and divert non-hazardous, solid waste from landfills.

Position details:

Full-Time, 40-50 hours per weekDay Shift (6a-3p) or Night Shift (7p-4a) available
Train with an experienced driver in first week, then start your own route

Compensation: $22 - 24 / Hour (Based on experience and skill set)

Flexible Days/Hours
Additional shifts available on weekends as OT (1.5X Pay)
Monthly Performance Bonus

Job requirements and duties:

You’re an experienced driver, having driven a 16’ - 24’ truck in the past
You have a full Canadian driving G license with no demerit points, and a clean driving record/abstract of 3 years
You are capable of entering basic data into daily digital log sheets
You are comfortable handling Waste, Organics and Recycling
You are capable of providing some physical labour as needed (heavy lifting, loading and unloading truck)
