Position Title: Driver Helper
Team and Location: Commercial - Dartmouth, NS
Starting Minimum Wage from: $ 18.43 /hour
Position Summary:
The driver helper will provide support and assistance to the oil truck driver by doing all physical work involved with oil deliveries to residential and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the safe operation of a fuel delivery vehicle
- Support the safe delivery of Petroleum products in line with company standards
- Effective communication with staff and customers; and
- Provide customers service and promoting company image.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to operate heavy delivery hose multiple times throughout the day
- Focus on safe work habits is a must
- Must have a desire to learn and focus on customer service
- Must be able to do pulling/lifting of 50lbs
