Saladino’s Foodservice, California’s largest independent foodservice distributor, is looking for Class A Route Delivery Drivers (truck drivers) for our San Luis Obispo driver depot. Our Class A Route Delivery Drivers (truck drivers) are responsible for delivering food products and other supplies to restaurants throughout the area.

Salary Range: $28.00-$33.00

• Guaranteed pay increases every 6 months up to the range max

Schedule:

• Overtime after 8 hrs/day; double time after 12/hrs/day
• Consistent, regular overtime
• Local work - home every day

Responsibilities:

• Drive tractor-trailer to deliver product to customer locations in a safe, timely, and accurate manner
• Run structured route with multiple stops
• Carefully unload product from trailer with electric pallet jack
• Date, stock, and rotate perishable products upon delivery in designated customer storage location
• Collect payment from customer in accordance with payment instructions
• Pick up backhauls, Purchase order from vendors, verify accuracy, secure backhaul, and return to depot as scheduled
• Follow all D.O.T regulations; maintain driver log according to state and federal regulations
