Job description
We're currently seeking an enthusiastic JCB Driver/Operator to join our on farm anaerobic digestion facility. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, who is keen to learn and be part of a committed team on the weekend and cover some midweek evening hours (6pm-8pm). The right candidate will be able to drive a Telehandler, have a hunger to learn something new and a great attention to detail.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As the Plant Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out day to day operations of plant.
- Learning how to use control systems to monitor the process.
- Carrying out planned & reactive maintenance of the plant.
- Feeding fuel into the process using mobile plant such as a telehandler.
- General site housekeeping, keeping it clean and tidy.
- Ensuring adherence with health & safety.
- Other duties as required.
Special Requirements:
- A team player
- Full UK driving license
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Every weekend
