Job description
Do you have experience driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle?
Do you have your CPC license?
We are now looking for a full time permanent driver to join our team at our Bristol Depot
The vehicle you will drive is a 7.5 tonne car transporter, we deliver courtesy cars to our customers after a car accident.
Our Depot operates between 7am – 7pm across a 7 day working week from Monday – Sunday. Hours will be 8am-5pm but this is dependent on the business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Unloading and loading your own vehicle.
- Assisting customers by explaining the controls of the vehicle you are delivering
- Completing hire paperwork as required.
- Working in line with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Assisting depot administrators in dealing with damaged fleet vehicles by photographing those vehicles and taking for estimate and the designated fleet repairer.
- Working as part of a team.
- Any other duties reasonably requested by line manager.
Knowledge and Experience required:
- An understanding of the Highway Code.
- Must hold a CPC license or equivalent, allowing the individual to drive vehicles up-to 7.5 Tonne.
- Must have held a full Driving license for at least two years.
- No more than 6 penalty points (exemptions apply)
