Driver – Cheltenham & Pitchcombe 20 hours per week

Lilian Faithfull Care is a well-established charity based in Gloucestershire that provides care, support and a home for Life for the elderly.
We are looking for a driver to drive our charity 16 seater mini bus to provide a driving and support service.
Responsibilities of a Driver:
- Taking residents & guests on organised day trips across all Lilian Faithfull Sites
- Providing a safe, engaging and customer focused transport service
- At all times ensuring the highest standards of care and dignity are maintained. whilst meeting the needs of our residents & guests
· Keep the vehicle clean and tidy and fully serviced on a regular basis.
- Encouraging residents to maintain their independence as fully as possible
Requirements
- A genuine interest in working within a caring environment, to help people retain their dignity and respect their privacy.
- A clean full driving license
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Work well in a team
- Are flexible as shifts may include on occasion include weekends and evenings.
- First Aid trained would be advantageous but training will be provided.
