Driver/ Warehouse Operative
We have a great opportunity available to join our busy team in Blaydon, Gateshead on a full time permanent basis as a Driver/Warehouse Operative.
Applicants must have a full valid driving licence with multi-drop experience and a good working knowledge of Newcastle and the surrounding area. They will have responsibility for delivering perishable products - flowers and plants to our customers. When in the warehouse, duties include taking delivery of fresh flowers, picking, packing and carrying out general warehouse duties. Good literacy and numeracy skills are necessary as the successful applicant is required to complete paperwork along with general duties associated with a driving/warehouse position.
Working approx. 45 hours per week Monday to Saturday, you will be required to start at approx. 5am most days so you will need to be an early riser!
Flower knowledge and basic computer skills will be advantageous.
