We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Carer to provide 24-hour care for a clients within in their own home. As a Live-In Carer, you will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with mobility and transferring
- Administering medication as prescribed
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's health and wellbeing
- Working closely with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure the client's needs are met
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 6 months of experience as a live-in carer or similar role, however full training, supervision and support is given to all successful candidates.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide physical and emotional support to clients
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

What HFH Healthcare needs from you as a Healthcare Assistant:
- You must be over 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
- An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
