We are looking for an experienced Ad Hoc Driver to join our Logistics Hub based in Eastleigh. Our Drivers ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times.
The Opportunity:
As one of our Drivers, you will be responsible for:
- Organising the timely collection and deliver of customer vehicles for service or repair, moving vehicles between the compound, showroom and workshop operations;
- Noting any damage on vehicles being collected and bringing them to the attention of the customer and Service Manager;
- Notifying the Service team of any customer issues or problems with dealership vehicles, and ensuring vehicles are maintained to the required standard;
- Checking in new car deliveries;
- Ensuring any additional service or repair requirements identified by the customer are passed onto the Service team;
- Maintaining a professional manner and high standards of personal and vehicle presentation at all times.

About You:
- An aptitude for building positive customer relationships – you will enjoy working in a team and supporting colleagues wherever possible;
- Effective communication skills;
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise;
- Manual handling experience;
- A good level of fitness to be on the move and on your feet most of the day – you will enjoy walking and being outdoors;
- Awareness of how to protect yourself and other through struct adherence to relevant health and safety requirements; and
- A full UK driving license.
