Job description
Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Driver \ Handyman for an on-going contract role.
Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team.
The Role:
Visiting occupied properties and undertaking visual inspections of damp and mould.
Taking photos and recording damp and mould issues with properties.
Booking and planning own appointments.
Assisting trade personnel on site, as and when required.
To use a PDA to manage and record daily work.
Essential:
Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.
Desirable:
Previous Social Housing experience
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
