At DHL Parcel UK, we give our Class 1 Drivers everything they need to enjoy the drive.
- A lorry from our exceptional fleet of Volvo vehicles, all less than 4 years old. They’re a joy to drive, and are equipped to a high specification, including fridges, leather seats and many more optional extras to make sure you’re comfortable.
- Strong work/life balance -most of our sites run from Monday to Friday, with 45 hour working weeks, and 9 hour shifts per day which typically start at 7/8am. Our well-organised shift schedules mean you often know in advance where you’ll be driving, taking the stress out of your day.

- We’ll pay for your CPC - and the hours you take to complete it. Our in-house training academy means you can do any training during work time.
- Great benefits - from a generous pension and retail discounts, to perks like seasonal hampers throughout the year to say thanks for all your hard work.
- A friendly team - our drivers often stay with us for many years (we treat them well!) so you’ll be joining a friendly team who support each other - including sharing traffic updates through WhatsApp!
