We are looking for a hard-working friendly addition to our small but growing family run company. As specialist in providing clearance and valuation services in the probate sector throughout London & Surrey, we are more than just a clearance company.
Our ideal candidate will be local to our premises in Wallington, Surrey who has a wealth of experience in driving 3.5t vehicles throughout London & Surrey. Someone that has had manual handling experience preferably from a removals background, an individual who is presentable and conscientious in their actions.
Your day-to-day activities would be preparing trucks for the day, loading protective / lifting equipment for your work schedule.
Driving usually in a two-man team to client’s properties throughout London & Surrey.
Meeting & Greeting domestic and commercial customers.
Carefully and respectfully removing unwanted items / furniture from a range of properties / locations, for these to be transported. As we run our own in-house auctions typically, we deal with a range of high end collectables and furniture.
Assisting with day-to-day activities within the company to ensure the smooth running.
Initially upon a successful trial day and interview, you will be taught and guided by our management team, so you are fully equipped for your day-to-day tasks and will be assisted throughout your probation period, so that you have the best start within our company. You will receive full training, first aid, manual handling, asbestos awareness and general health and safety training will be provided.
Job role
Driver/House clearance operative
Start time 7am - 5.30pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch)
3-month probationary period after a successful interview and trial day.
Optional Saturday work paid as an hourly rate 9 am - 4 pm.
Overtime available.
£11.25 - £12.50 Per Hour
We provide a monthly performance bonus scheme after your 3-month probation period, plus also an extra paid holiday for your birthday (subject to terms and conditions)

Optional State pension.
A full uniform will be given after your three months’ probation.
