We are looking for a Service Advisor to work within the service department.
Required skills
- Ability to work well within the service team
- Maximise service department profitability
- Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer retention
- Excellent organisation and the ability to work well within deadlines
- Communicate well with the workshop to ensure that vehicles will be ready on time
- Ability to upsell retention products and additional work
Experience:
· No experience necessary, training will be given to the successful candidate
· Experience in using Keyloop is advantageous
· Strong communication and customer service skills are key

working hours, Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm with alternate Saturday mornings, 8.00am – 13.00pm

Salary: £25k per year plus and individual bonus scheme OTE 32k +
