The Role – Residential Cleaner

Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a housing development based in the Uxbridge/Hillingdon area, This is a static role, based on one large site where you will be cleaning of all internal communal areas such as hallways, stairwells, landings and on site offices.

This is a part time position and the hours are 8am to 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal areas (stairs & Landings, toilets & bathrooms, Kitchens, Lounges, offices)
• Thoroughly cleaning high touch points and wiping down surfaces
• To ensure all cleaning materials are used correctly and safely stored after use
• To ensure all waste is correctly disposed of and bins are cleaned after use
• Where appropriate ensure appropriate signage is used when undertaking cleaning tasks
• Maintain an orderly and secure storage of cleaning equipment and materials, refilling and replacing consumables as required

Skills Required

• Commitment to Customer Service
• Ability to work to laid down schedules.
• Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
• Ability to keep notes/records of work performed.
• Experience of work to tight schedules.
