Become a professional FedEx Ground delivery driver and manage your own work day, apply problem-solving skills, and join a team environment. No CDL Required - Only chauffeurs license needed!!

Must be 21 years old to drive for FedEx. We have immediate, long-term delivery driver roles available for qualified candidates.

Salary Range: $900-$1,020/week ($46,000-$57,000+ /Annually)

Pay Frequency: WEEKLY (via direct deposit)

Shifts:

• Full Time- - Five days/week or more if you prefer
• Part Time-- Two- four days/ week
• Scheduling flexibility is a plus

Requirements:

• Previous truck driving experience is not needed - we will train you.
• Chauffeur's license (easily acquired)
• DOT Medical Card (we pay for your physical exam)

Qualifications:

Successful completion of FedEx Ground approval process to become a qualified driver:

• Must be 21 or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a clean driving record, and a chauffeur's license
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Ability to pass a health physical examination

Other Qualifications:

• Reliable and able to work one weekend day occassionally
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction
• Desire to work in a team-based environment (support one another)
• The ability to safely and confidently drive delivery truck in all types of Michigan weather conditions. Safety is paramount
• Deliver and pick-up packages up to a max of 150 lbs.(most packages are under 25 lbs.). Drivers have access to a dolly to assist with heavier packages.
• Daily routes vary in numbers of deliveries, but expectations are an experienced driver will routinely manage ~120 stops, per day

• First interview via phone
• Drug and background screening
• In-person interview
• Health physical examination (if DOT card needed)
• Road test with trainer

• 5PM
