DorPIP is seeking a skilled office administrative assistant to complement the existing office team in their duties. You will be responsible for continuing relationships with stakeholders, upholding our social media presence, write blogs, newsletters and press releases, as well as working with the office team to offer support.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Maintain and further develop relationships with stakeholders and organisations in the Parent Infant Relationship world
- Implement a social media and marketing strategy
- Produce once a quarterly newsletters for general release, as well as four additional newsletter to stakeholders
- Produce PR and blogs for release on website
- Report project progress using Google Analytics and similar programs
- Assist in organising events, fundraisers and steering group meetings as and when required
- Any projects or ad hoc tasks that are relevant to the delivery of the service and as required by the Chief Executive
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Work experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, and data management
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and scanners)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality

Additional Duties
It is in the nature of the work of DorPIP that tasks and responsibilities are in many circumstances unpredictable and varied. All staff and associates are therefore expected to undertake work which may not be specifically covered in the job description. These additional duties will be compatible with the regular tasks and duties.

Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary: Up to £12.00 per hour
