WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, experienced and professional Doorperson with impeccable personal presentation to join our 5* Celtic Manor Resort, part of The Celtic Collection.
You will have outstanding communication skills whilst at the same time remaining calm courteous and discreet at all times.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating an exceptional guest experience.
You will welcome guests on arrival and assist them with their luggage and make them feel welcome.
As a Doorperson you will demonstrate a current knowledge on all services across The Celtic Collection and of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinity
