What you will do as Door Host at Great Scotland Yard Hotel
- Be the point of reference for guests who need assistance and information, remembering their names and offering a warm and personalised approach to their needs.
- Be available at the hotel entrance and lobby at all times greeting with a warm welcome all arriving guests and visitors.
- Provide all required information about the hotel, available services and facilities, as well as recommend nearby restaurants, bars and services.
- Be a team player, being committed, engaged and respectful and bringing a sense of fun into the work place.
- Taking care of guests bookings for taxis and assisting them with luggage when necessary.
