Position: Domiciliary Carer
Location: Hazlerigg, Dinnington, Brunswick village.
Salary: £9.78 - £11.20 per hour

Lincoln Healthcare Group is a well-established community care provider based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Main responsibilities for the role are to complete calls to support individuals throughout the day and evening.
Split days available
08:00 - 14:15
16:00-22:00
Requirements
· Supporting people in their own homes
· Supporting all aspects of personal care
· Administering medication as required
· Assisting activities of daily living while advocating and empowering independence
· Assisting with shopping, day trips, attending appointments
· Working in a multi-disciplinary team, ensuing compliance for Health and Safety
· Ensuring all records are maintained accurately according to policy and procedure
· Attending all training and office meetings relating to client need
· To respond positively to changing needs and managing risk effectively
· To attend regular meetings of the team with the person you support and specifically give and receive support and advice to and from other workers in the team
· To undertake such other duties as may reasonably be required
