We offer short and long term care, as well as a rehabilitation service. Our staff provide all aspects of support to aid individuals' daily living. This can include preparing meals, personal care, managing medication and general domestic support.

Available Permanent Hours and days detailed below:
These contracted minimum hours are permanent positions within Boomerang Healthcare.
Guaranteed hours contracts are as follows:
- 16 hours per week
- 20 hours per week
- 30 hours per week
- 40 hours per week
Rotas available can be Weeks / Weekends / Evenings or all.
· Additional hours and days can be made available should more hours be required
Duties can include:
- Visit and support service users in their own homes with complex and non-complex needs
- Undertake and complete assigned tasks
- Undertake personal care and support where required
- Provide domestic support where required – cooking, cleaning, washing etc
- Taking service users out to shops or on visits
- Social Visits / Sits

Essential Requirements:
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Caring personality
- Punctual and reliable
- Moving, handling, and lifting experience
- Ability to use a Phone App
Desirable Requirements (specialist training can be provided):
- 2/3 years care experience
- Skilled in PEG feeds
- Experience of supporting LD clients
- Medications management
- NVQ Level 2
