- Support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
- Respect people's choices, dignity and privacy.
- Support service users to remain emotionally stable in face of life changing circumstances.
- Take responsibility for own actions and decisions, and accept the consequences.
- Work well with others in a team.
