Job description

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team and provide support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. They will also be expected to provide companionship and emotional support to clients, as well as help them with any medical needs they may have. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and a commitment to providing quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with mobility and positioning.
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
• Help with meal preparation and clean up after meals.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments or other activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

• Care home: 1 year (preferred)
