To ensure that the National Standards for Cleanliness are reached and maintained within the Trust and to support the delivery of the patient meal experience. Hotel Services is a diverse and interesting department responsible for our in-house soft Facilities Management Services. We also directly manage Switchboard and Hospital rental accommodation. You will become a key member of the Hotel Services team who are responsible for the monitoring of the Soft Services including cleaning, catering and ward host functions within the George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. Services are provided include: Cleaning Catering – patient, retail and vending. To ensure they are compliant to the agreed specifications and key performance indicators by using proven auditing methods and to carry out all associated administrative tasks with this process, which will entail being responsible for a small work stream.
