NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

There are various shifts patterns with this vacancy and various locations.
To provide a quality domestic service to the hospital or HSCP premises, ensuring that a clean and safe environment is maintained for patients, staff and visitors following agreed cleaning work schedules, methods and procedures in accordance with NHS Scotland National Cleaning Specification and Healthcare Acquired Infection (HAI) Task Force Code of Practice. Domestics are required to rotate round all Wards Clinical areas and depts within hospital. May be required to provide a food and beverage service for patients in adherence with Food Safety Regulations.
