We are Fetch & Retrieve, a Premium Doggy Daycare Service on a journey to become the leader in dog services nationwide. Be part of this fast-growing and exciting opportunity as we serve our valued clients and their beloved dogs!

We seek an ambitious, hard-working, and talented Assistant to join our team. As a Doggy Daycare Assistant & Driver, you will collect and return clients' beloved dogs to their homes safely and with the utmost care. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service helping to shape the future of our fast-growing and exciting business.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Collecting and returning clients' dogs
  • Confidently handling dogs of all sizes and breeds
  • Communicating effectively with team members & clients
  • Driving responsibly in busy city areas
  • Must be prepared to work in all weather and conditions

Requirements:

  • Three years of clean driving experience [Essential]
  • Must be able to board 2-3 dogs at a time, including weekends [Essential]
  • Live in Central London or surrounding areas
  • Comfortable and confident handling dogs of all breeds
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a small but growing team
  • A flexible and "can-do" attitude
  • Must be prepared to work in all weather and conditions
  • Level 2+ qualification in Animal Management preferred but not essential

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week (excluding overtime), and compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience. We offer a range of benefits, including:
