Responsibilities: Supervise and interact with dogs in our daycare facility, ensuring their safety and well-being. Organise and lead engaging activities, such as group play sessions, walks, and mental stimulation exercises. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment by regularly sanitising play areas and equipment. Monitor and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioural concerns to the management team. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or requests. Assist in the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to our policies and procedures. Qualifications: Genuine love and understanding of dogs, with a commitment to their welfare and happiness. Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments, ensuring their safety and maintaining control in group settings. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role or in animal care is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
